How long will my results last?
Immediate results are noticed in one treatment and are most prominent the following days after. For this reason, it is excellent to do right before a special event or wedding. To maintain results, a 24k Gold Anti-Aging Home Kit can be used 3x a week involving at-home application of the magnets on specific acupuncture points.
This is a great treatment if you are nervous about facial acupuncture but would still like to experience a facial treatment using acupuncture principles.
How many sessions do you recommend?
This amount of treatments you will need is dependent on the condition of your skin, age, and overall health. This is a long-term, cumulative treatment. Frequency is entirely based on the individual.
On average, the frequency of treatments is once every 2 weeks for the first two sessions. Afterwards, every 3 weeks is recommended in combination with the at-home application of a 24k Gold Anti-Aging Kit 3x per week.
Can I get treated if I have botox and fillers?
Yes, absolutely. In general, it is recommended to wait 2 weeks after botox and 3 weeks after fillers. Consult with your injector or doctor first.
Does it hurt?
The 24k Gold Micro-Magnet Facial is non-penetrative and therefore should not cause any pain. Optional body acupuncture can be performed during treatment to amplify homeostasis, healing and relaxation.
Are there any contraindications?
It is best not to use magnets or static magnetic therapy if you have a pacemaker, implanted medical device or insulin pump, as they may interfere with the delicate electronic equipment. Magnetic products are also not recommended with transdermal patches or during pregnancy.
